National OHS Harmonisation Update
The public consultation period for the Exposure Draft of the model OHS Act and key administrative Regulations closed on 9 November 2009. In total, 480 submissions were received from various employers, industry bodies, unions, government agencies and individuals.
Getting a Grip on Hand Arm Vibration

Managing Underground Fuel Storage Risks in Victoria
EPA Victoria has recently updated publication 888 which addresses how fuel is managed in underground petroleum storage systems (UPSS) in order to prevent contamination. The publication is similar to guidelines released in NSW and recently, Tasmania.
